Code:Realize - Sôsei no Himegimi est, à l'origine, un jeu sur PS Vita. L'histoire se déroule dans un univers alternatif. Cardia est une jeune londonienne dont le corps contient un violent poison : quiconque entre en contact avec sa peau est empoisonné. De ce fait, elle est isolée et traitée de monstre par tous les habitants de son quartier. En outre, la jeune fille est amnésique. Son plus vieux souvenir remonte à deux ans avant le début de l'histoire, lorsqu'elle a vu son père pour la dernière fois. Mais un jour, elle va faire la connaissance d'un certain Arsène Lupin qui va la sortir de sa solitude et l'aider à retrouver son père.
