Kim Sung-Ryong a un grand rêve : s'installer au Danemark, un pays modèle où la corruption est inexistante. Mais ses économies vont mal, surtout depuis que les gangs ont décidé de ne plus faire appel à lui pour gérer leur argent sale. Sung-Ryong déménage alors sur Séoul et est engagé par le puissant conglomérat TQ Group, sur recommandation de Seo Yool, un ancien procureur devenu directeur des finances bien décidé à se servir de lui.
