Today is Apple Dumpling's first birthday, and her older sister Strawberry Shortcake has made the decision to throw a party in honor of the occasion. Unfortunately for her, certain essential party-throwing items cannot be located inside of their house. The two sisters (along with their animal duo Custard and Pupcake) set out on an quest in Strawberry Land in search of the supplies they need. During their travels, they meet a unique group of new friends who will join them in their celebration.

Christmas is coming to Strawberry Land and Strawberry Shortcake has some shopping to do in Holiday Land. She has to be quick about it since all her friends are gathering at her house to help decorate the Christmas tree. With a little imagination and some help from Santa Claus, Strawberry comes up with ideal gifts for everyone. Unfortunately, an unexpected mishap on the way home nearly ruins her holidays until Santa and her friends give her a gentle reminder about what the season is really all about.

When they find Spring, the young girl who is supposed to end Winter, they learn that she doesn't feel like doing her job this year. Can Strawberry and her cohorts convince Spring to do the right thing, or will winter go on forever?

And it won't be easy, seeing as Honey Pie's in such a terrible mood, but they are determined to put up with her demands and turn the day around for her.

Épisode 11 - Strawberry Shortcake in Big Apple City

A special delivery has arrived for Strawberry Shortcake all the way from Big Apple City! Her shortcake recipe has won her a spot in the final round of the Big Bake-Off that will be broadcast on TV that very day. Trouble is, the Pieman is the other finalist; he's willing to use every dirty trick he knows to win first prize. Strawberry will have to rely on the new friends she makes in the city to help her make it through the competition.

Épisode 12 - Strawberry Shortcake: Pets on Parade

The Second Annual Grand Old Pettable Pet Show and Pet Parade will be taking place today in Strawberry Land. As judges, Strawberry Shortcake and Custard are the keepers of the first prize: a beautiful new tricycle with a pet basket. The Pieman sees this prize and wants it for himself; he may just get it with the help of his old partner Sour Grapes. Meanwhile, a new girl named Angel Cake sits on the sidelines at the pet show wishing for an animal of her own to love.

Épisode 13 - Strawberry Shortcake: Housewarming Surprise

Strawberry Shortcake has just returned from a trip around the world and is now in the process of moving into a new house. Lime Chiffon and Blueberry Muffin decide to surprise their friend by throwing a housewarming party and inviting all the people Strawberry met on her trip. Word of the event reaches the Purple Pieman and Sour Grapes via the Berry Birds, who have been trained to eavesdrop and repeat what they've overheard. The dastardly duo's plotting might just ruin Strawberry's surprise by putting her loved ones in danger.

Épisode 14 - Strawberry Shortcake and the Baby Without a Name

Plum Pudding and Elderberry Owl return to Strawberry Land after a long vacation and bring back two new friends. Strawberry and the others are berry delighted to meet Peach Blush and an adorable little baby girl who doesn't have a name yet. The travelers' arrival coincides with two events: the annual camping trip, and the appearance of large footprints that the Peculiar Purple Pieman believes belong to a monster. These events collide when the Baby wanders off during the campout and follows the monster's trail.

Épisode 15 - Strawberry Shortcake Meets the Berrykins

All the Berry Folk in Strawberry Land decide to bring one of their very best fruits and berries to an upcoming celebration. They each drop their selections off in a cornicopia only to find them sitting on their doorsteps later on. It turns out that the fruits that they picked are actually adorable little berry people named Berrykins. Soon the Peculiar Purple Pieman and Sour Grapes learn about the sweet-smelling tykes; they decide to kidnap the Berrykins and use them to make perfume!

Once there, Honey Pie feels entirely at home amongst her own kind and considers staying for good! Can Strawberry and her cohorts convince Honey Pie to come home with them?

He decides to capture the horses and put them in his show – it is up to Strawberry and the others to rescue their friends from this nasty nuisance.

Strawberry’s friends think Dumplin’ is too much of a baby – maybe she should just lay down for a nap? Her feelings hurt, Apple Dumplin’ does lay down and promptly falls asleep. She dreams that she’s bigger and Strawberry and her friends are now the little babies! Apple Dumplin’ is in charge now! But the babies turn out to be quite a handful, and Dumplin’ quickly learns a lesson about taking on big responsibilities.

At the urging of Honey Pie, Strawberry & friends decide to put on a cooking show. Ginger Snap invents a version of TV she calls Berryvision to broadcast the show all over Strawberryland. Shy little Orange Blossom doesn’t want to appear on camera – instead, she helps Ginger Snap 'behind the scenes'. Each of the other girls - Strawberry, Angel Cake, and Blueberry Muffin - demonstrates a recipe in turn. But when the finished dishes are inadvertently ruined, each blames the other for the fiasco. The girls leave the show, angry at one another...leaving camera-shy Orange Blossom to run the rest of it. Later at home, the others see their timid friend on Berryvision doing her best to keep the show going. Feeling badly for her, they return to the show to make one last joyful recipe together.
