Nowa, un ours vivant dans la forêt, décide de prendre sous son aile un chiot abandonné. Il le nomme Airi et s'en occupe avec grand soin. Le temps passe et Nowa doit bientôt le laisser temporairement seul afin d'hiberner. En se réveillant plusieurs mois plus tard, il découvre qu'Airi a bien grandi et est devenu un séduisant jeune homme.
