Dans une cité située dans la banlieue de Milan, Bea, Ludo et Mahdi sont unis par un lien fort. Jeune latino-américaine, Bea est déchirée entre la loyauté envers sa famille, la dangereuse bande de Misa, et le désir de changer sa vie, tandis que Ludo et Mahdi sont deux amis issus de milieux différents mais aussi proches que des frères. Un triangle dangereux finit par se mettre en place, défiant toutes les règles.
