Il s'agit d'une adaptation du roman "Blanche-Neige doit mourir" de Nele Neuhaus. À ses 19 ans et étant lycéen à Muchon, Go Jeong Wu est sur le point d'entrer dans une prestigieuse école de médecine, mais il est arrêté pour le meurtre de deux camarades de classe. N'ayant aucun souvenir s'il avait commis ce crime ou non et les corps étant introuvables, il a été condamné. Après avoir passé dix ans en prison, il prend la décision de quitter la région pour commencer une nouvelle vie, loin de tout. Seulement une série de choses étranges vont vite commencer à se produire autour de lui, l'empêchant de partir.
