Sumru left behind the twins she gave birth to years ago and started a new life and family with Samet Şansalan, one of the wealthiest people in Cappadocia. Nuh and Melek, who grew up unaware of their mother's identity for years, are faced with this reality in their most painful days. With years of anger, they leave their hometown and come to Cappadocia, leaving everything behind. Samet Şansalan's eldest son, Cihan, from his first marriage, comes to visit his family. Although he thinks it will be a short visit, he finds himself in the middle of his father and his aunt Hikmet's plans. Hikmet's daughter, Sevilay, on the other hand, doesn't like her role in this plan. Cihan's possibility of staying in Cappadocia upsets many people, including his jealous half-brother, Esat. Nuh and Melek, who come to confront their mother, unexpectedly cross paths with Cihan and Sevilay. However, the twins will experience the real surprise when they confront their mother Sumru.

Sumru is surprised when she sees Melek and Nuh in front of her. After this confrontation, danger bells start ringing for Sumru. Sevilay is in a difficult situation with Cihan's approval of the marriage. She tries to tell her mother that she doesn't love Cihan, but Hikmet, who is plotting with Samet, ignores Sevilay's objections. Cihan realizes that Sevilay doesn't want this marriage, but he doesn't go back on his promise to his father. Trying to keep this secret from everyone, Cihan can't get the moment he meets Melek out of his mind. Even though Sumru tries to keep the twins away from her, Noah and Melek are determined to make her pay her motherly debt. While they are after the motherly love they deserve, they will not be indifferent to the love they encounter.
