Discovering that Meyra has only three months to live becomes a shocking turning point for Selim, who was determined to divorce. Although he believes this marriage cannot continue, knowing that the woman he once loved is heading towards death forces him to reconsider his decision. This news comes at a time when they have grown apart emotionally, leaving Selim once again faced with dilemmas: is it harder to leave or stay? Meyra, for her part, tries to face the news with great calm. Although her inner world is in turmoil, she prefers to bury her feelings and keep her illness a secret, both from her family and those around her. Under the pressure of Meyra's limited time and Selim's anguish, they will face new confrontations in the face of this surprise visitor and the unexpected events that unfold.

Selim is deeply anxious about Meyra’s illness and doesn’t want to leave her alone. Although he once thought his feelings for her had faded, the emotions resurfacing after learning about her condition make him realize that his love for her is returning. He decides to plan something special for their wedding anniversary. However, Ercan — unable to bear the thought of Meyra and Selim’s relationship improving — sabotages the plan and manipulates Meyra. Meanwhile, Yeliz is determined to uncover the truth about Dilşah’s dark past. Through a private detective, she obtains crucial information about Dilşah’s history and is resolved to share it with her father, Çetin. Selim’s family, believing that he told Meyra he wanted a divorce, decides to take action. Eda and Oğuz travel to Istanbul to see Meyra, their only goal being to convince her not to divorce Selim. Yet, Meyra is completely unaware that a divorce has ever been mentioned.

Meyra and Selim's relationship continues to walk a fine line between love and distrust. Taking refuge in Selim's family home in İzmit, the couple briefly regains the warmth of old times. However, Meyra's illness and her increasing memory lapses begin to shake the trust between them. While Meyra cannot hide the fear of death that eats away at her, Selim tries to stay by her side despite everything. Meanwhile, Meyra's family completely loses trust in their son-in-law when they find a listening device in the house and a divorce protocol in the safe. Unable to bear it any longer, Selim confesses that, in the past, he prepared a divorce petition without Meyra's knowledge. This confession causes Meyra's repressed memories to surface one by one; the broken trust gives way to indescribable disappointment. Caught between love and regret, nothing will be the same for the couple.

After this episode, Selim begins to feel a mixture of guilt and a desire to protect her. Even trying to maintain distance, Meyra always finds Selim by her side in times of crisis. Their past love resurfaces, along with pain and regret. While Ercan continues his schemes, Meyra struggles between her illness and the feelings she still harbors for Selim. The tension between the three reaches a breaking point, and a simple kiss, born of a misunderstanding, becomes a turning point that will change everyone's fate.
