The star system is enabled: a student can receive stars by 1) challenging (or be challenged) and win, 2) the weekly Raking 3) receive good grades by the board. Only 12 students will finally access the Serale. Antonio, Virginio and Vito receive green lights and enter the Serale. Andrea C, Andrea V and Giorgia receive red lights and are eliminated. During the first night only, at the end of the night, the winning team will nominate two members of the losing team. If both members are immune or saved by the board, the losing team will have to choose a person, within its Team, to be eliminated. From the second Serale, all members of the losing Team will face the board and the candidate with the lowest grade will be eliminated. The White Team wins the first challenge with 52% of the votes. Diana is the first nominated. She’s saved by the board. Denny is the second nominated. He’s saved by the board. The Blue Team votes for whom should be nominated. Costantino is eliminated. The Blue Team wins the second challenge with 65% of the votes. The elimination is postponed.

Floriana and Metrò are judged not ready to be part of a team for this week. Before the challenge begins, Carlo Di Francesco examines Metrò and sends them to an immediate external challenge, which they lose against Joshua, who takes their place in the school. Gessica is forced to leave the school due to an injury. Luca Favilla/Benedetta Orlandini and Gabriele Esposito are chosen as team captains. The students who were not chosen in the teams decide to form a third team. Yvonne Tocchi is chosen as team leader. Carlo Di Francesco judges for the singing competition, while Garrison judges for the dancing competition. Gabriele's team wins the first challenge. For the Final, Lele is chosen by the board as the first person who has to choose who to challenge. Lele chooses to challenge Gabriele. With 53% of the votes, Gabriele wins. Gabriele chooses to challenge Elodie. With 54% of the votes, Elodie wins. Elodie challenges Sergio. With 61% of the votes, Sergio is declared Amici 15 winner. Sergio Sylvestre wins Amici 15 and 150.000 Euros. Gabriele Esposito wins the dancing competition and 50.000 Euros. Elodie Di Patrizi wins the critics award and 50.000 Euros. Alessio Gaudino, even though he did not arrive at the final, still wins the Fonzies price and 20.000 Euros.
