En ville, la nouvelle pratique à la mode s'appelle le Air Trek. Montés sur des rollers blade modifiés avec un moteur, les jeunes foncent à travers les rues et sur les toits des immeubles, s'envolant, faisant des pirouettes, presque sans limites! Des compétitions entre bandes sont même organisées la nuit, de manière illégale. Ikki, jeune garçon qui vit dans la maison de 4 soeurs toutes plus jolies les unes que les autres, découvre un jour qu'elles forment le célèbre groupe de air trek "Sleeping Forest" et décide de s'essayer lui aussi à cette pratique. Il se rend à une réunion de stormriders (les adeptes du air trek) et, ignorant les règles en vigueur, défie sans le vouloir une équipe, connue pour ses coups bas... Mais grâce au soutien innattendu des Sleeping Forest, il gagne son pari et décide de monter sa propre équipe de stormriders pour impressionner la belle Simca, une stormrider populaire.

Épisode 1 - The Invincible Baby Face

C'est ici que tout commence. Ikki se bat avec un groupe de Storm Riders qui utilisent des ATs. Après avoir perdu, Ikki voit la mystérieuse Simca. Après son retour à la maison, il prend curieusement une paire de AT de Mikan. Après avoir accidentellement défié un autre groupe de Storm Rider, Ikki est poussé dans un match Air Trek.

Ikki est amoureux? Peut-être, ou peut-être que c'est juste des hormones incontrôlables. Ringo est inquiète(follement jalouse) et Mikan est méfiante, mais Simca, l'objet des attentions d'Ikki, a besoin de son aide. En essayant de plaire à la fille qu'il aime, Ikki finit par être défié par le leader des Rez-Boa-Dogs et le résultat de cette course va conduire à beaucoup de choses dans un proche avenir.

With this sorted Ikki is also beginning to sort out his newly formed team which can become official with its 5th member however the former 27th generation "East Side Gunz" have a problem with this. Kazu is able to quell this problem with much trouble, so now "Team Kogarasumaru" is formed.

Following Kazu's battle each of the Kogarasumaru are having their own respective battles, against the Behemoths, in separate cubes. Now it's only Ikki's and Agito's battles left and while Ikki is playing about in his cube with Mitsuru, Agito is purely focused on getting back his Regalia from Akira.

Meanwhile team Spit Fire has begun to move, gathering a mega storm of riders for one purpose and they need one thing, a leader.

The team feel that there's no point in going without Akito so they go on a retrieval mission to get his bankbook from his big brother Kaito.
