In the opening episode we are treated to their guided tour of the chosen area by local man Anthony - the lack of a common language has hilarious and potentially disastrous consequences.

Épisode 2 - Episode 2

Taken for a ride by a local landowner, they turn for help to an English developer on the island. But Vania, local architect with a conscience, seems determined to scupper their dreams. Will they ever find their dream plot 'with a view'?

Épisode 3 - Episode 3

Raising the cash for their new dream home proves impossible without some drastic action, so Brian and Andrew decide to bite the bullet, sell up and live in the new house full time. Pete and Lesley are not amused and are ready to pull out…

Épisode 4 - Episode 4

The fearsome foursome have found the perfect plot and the developer is snapping at their heels for the money to get going. They need funds fast, so Brian uses all his charm to try and get a quick sale on the UK house, to little avail. So a furious Pete and Lesley are forced to come up with the money…

Épisode 5 - Episode 5

The foursome battle Greek bureaucracy, Greek builders and - incredibly - snow, as they struggle to build their dream house in (normally) sunny Crete. Brian and Andrew have ditched life in Coventry and fly out to the Cretan hills for the rest of their lives, while Pete and Lesley remain unconvinced. But there's surely no going back now.

It's moving in day in Crete for Brian, Andrew and their chums Pete and Lesley. The newly-built house looks gorgeous but will emigrating turn out to be a dream come true or a pile of houmous? The latter looks likely as tensions mount…

Coventry couple Peter and Lesley return to Crete to review plans for the villa they built with their old friends Brian and Andrew, who moved into the home six months ago. However, a mistake over the date of their arrival leaves the visitors without a room

Pete and Les are upset to find their partners have let out their room to a German lodger with a taste for partying and turning their home into a small nightclub. Brian's plans for the house take up most of the architect's time - with a hydraulic picture window as the main bone of contention

Brian feels increasingly unhappy with his job as an estate agent and considers becoming the manager of a nightclub, but doesn't know what partner Andrew will think of the idea

Épisode 4 - Episode 4

Brian and Andrew receive a quote for the downstairs apartment, and when Pete and Les refuse to lend them the money, a new job as a cafe manager seems the ideal solution. But the staff don't know what to make of their latest addition

Brian and Andrew celebrate their first Christmas in Crete with a huge party. However, they still aren't speaking with Pete and Les

Brian books a holiday in a five-star hotel - despite the fact he and Andrew are already seeking financial help to get their building work under way

Épisode 7 - Episode 7

Brian and Andrew's holiday goes well until they have to pay the bill. On their return, they find the builders hard at work on the redesign - affording them no peace at all

Épisode 8 - Episode 8

Brian tries to ensure his talent contest is a success, but has difficulty finding willing contestants, and asks a local drag queen for help. In Wales, Pete and Les worry they are missing out on the chance to design their flat, and decide to fly to Crete to check up on progress

Épisode 9 - Episode 9

Pete and Lesley get to see the work on their downstairs apartment - but are less than impressed. Brian and Andrew have a major bust-up about the giant picture window and neither is willing to yield. Meanwhile, the talent show at the cafe bar is finally up and running.
