L’histoire nous entraîne dans la vie quotidienne de Nanase Takeshi, un lycéen avec un passé assez trouble. Il traine de temps en temps avec son amie d’enfance, Isoshima Kurumi. Un jour, il rencontre une mystérieuse jeune fille du nom de Aiba Miu. Dès lors, une série d’incidents bouleverse la vie de Takeshi. En réalité, Miu est une utilisatrice de magie et pour une raison inconnue, elle a également transformé Takeshi en utilisateur…

Épisode 1 - Midsummer Magical Girl

Takeshi Nanase is an ordinary high school boy who has a somewhat dark past. One day, he comes across a girl named Mui Aiba, in a uniform he has never seen before, collapsed on the school campus. This encounter changes Takeshi's destiny completely. Mui tells Takeshi that she is a magician, and she apologizes, for she turned Takeshi into a magician, too. What Takeshi once knew as one world is actually two — the world where magicians live and the world where humans live.

Having finished his special training at Camelot, Takeshi returns home to find Gekkou emerging from their house with Twilight gripped in his right hand—dripping with blood. The nightmarish vision Takeshi had once seen through Twilight's power has finally come to pass. Gekkou claims that he struck down their mother in self-defense. Unable to suppress his rage at seeing his loved ones hurt any longer, Takeshi finally finds the heart to battle Gekkou decisively.

Pour les fans, il n'y aura pas de suite, c'est confirmé par l'auteur qui trouvait qu'il y avait d'autres œuvres qui méritait une adaptation en animé. ...

Perso je suis dans un désarroi profond au vu de la fin. On peut pas nous laisser avec une fin pareil, c'est du grand n'importe quoi.

C'est génial !! j'attends la saison 2 avec trop d'impatience. Mais s'il n'y en a pas alors ils ont vraiment fait de la merde en guise de fin !
