Magiquone, avec son plan secret contre les déesses, Level Trick, apparaît pour défier la bataille. Alors qu'elles sont sur leurs gardes, l'attaque "Level-Down" de Level Trick frappe les quatre déesses. Mais Magiquone est elle aussi prise dans l'engrenage. Inquiets de la disparition de leurs sœurs, Nepgear et les autres partent à leur recherche et retrouvent Noir et les autres sœurs, transformées en jeunes enfants à la suite de l'attaque Level Down..., et seule Neptune est toujours portée disparue. Pendant ce temps, Magiquone et Neptune dirigent une vaste ferme d'aubergines. Eux aussi ont été transformés en jeunes enfants et ont perdu la mémoire suite à l'attaque Level-Down. Qu'adviendra-t-il de leur étrange vie commune avec leur éternel ennemi ?
