Carnival Phantasm est une série d'OAV créée dans le but de fêter le dixième anniversaire du studio de développement de jeux vidéo Type Moon. Le résultat en est cette œuvre qui parodie les différents univers imaginés par le studio (tels que Tsukihime, Kara no kyôkai ou encore Fate/stay night) en effectuant un melting-pot des personnages issus de ces derniers.

The final segment features Ayaka Sajou calling Ahnenerbe as a lead in to Fate/Prototype.
